
About the Role
FTS Federal is currently seeking applications to fulfill a role on our active Program for an ICAM Engineer/Architect Lead working with a large line of business within DISA in the DC Metro area. We are seeking energetic, talented individuals that have a desire to help transform customer requirements. The ICAM Identity Engineer/ Architect participates and leads the planning, architecture, analysis, design, implementation, and operations of ICAM solutions. The ability to work in a fast moving, challenging and fast-paced environment is key in this role. This role may require additional assigned duties.

Clearance Requirement: DoD Secret
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, or the equivalent or combination of education and technical certifications or training, and/or related work experience
Experience as a systems engineer, architect, or consultant in a government environment
Large-scale program or project experience is critical
10+ years’ experience in engineering, of which includes 3+ years of experience with COTS product integration – configuration and integration/development/scripting with vendor components in customer environments
Experience with a suite of Identity products is key - Program is currently utilizing Radiant Logic, CyberArk, and SailPoint products
Experience working within government enterprise environment
Experience with Agile management and associated tools, processes and methodologies
Previous experience and comfortability in recommending and implementing system enhancements that improve the performance, security (data integrity), and reliability of systems
Desired Skills/Experience
Identity Management and Authentication/Authorization integration experience (e.g. Active Directory, CA Site Miner, SailPoint IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager (LCM), Radiant Logic, SAML, LDAP, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, etc.)
1+ year of Unix experience, or equivalent/working knowledge
Experience configuring and/or utilizing monitoring/logging solutions
Experience troubleshooting issues related to storage and/or networking
Knowledge of or experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker and/or Kubernetes)
Experience deploying and maintaining virtualization technologies
Experience with DevSecOps concepts, tools and automation skills
Experience with Azure (preferably with in the FEDGOV or DoD space)

Able to create, discuss and explain technical documentation
Ability to actively manage project risks and issues to close technical gaps in the project
Ability to confidently design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems
Routinely coordinates system development to include design, modeling, security, integration and formal testing
Comfortable managing and documenting system configurations and overseeing the transition into production process
Has the ability to create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution
Comfortable and routinely develops advanced engineering ideas and guides their development into a final product
