About the Role
FTS seeks creative and talented Engineers who can uniquely move the programs from concept to production. The ideal IAM PAM Engineer participates and leads the planning, architecture, analysis, design, implementation, and operations of solutions. The ability to work in a fast moving, challenging government environment is a must. Additional duties as assigned.
As a PAM Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will support a large-scale IAM projects for our government customers. You will work closely with your team to analyze the identity life cycle, reviewing access requirements and defining enterprise identity records.
Requirements
Clearance Requirement: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Position Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience with 3+ years of experience with COTS IAM tools. This position will have a focus on Permission Access Management and experience in the following areas is required: Supporting access management solutions including connector and systems integrations; single sign-on; privileged access systems; entitlement management; user credential management; or user security related behavior monitoring.
3+ years of experience supporting IAM security operations, threat response or security architecture
Knowledge of Ping Identity and Okta
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, or REST development
Knowledge of implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment including CyberArk, Radiant Logic, or Symantec
Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, LDAP management, configuration and design, PKI, SSO across multiple domains, MFA, PIV authentication, or scripting and coding
Understanding of requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
BA or BS degree in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science
Preferred Skillset:
Experience with CyberArk, CA SiteMinder, CA PAM and Broadcom Layer 7
Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS • Experience with SQL database administration or management
Experience with an SIEM tool, including Splunk
Experience with authoring Cybersecurity guidance and policies
Experience working in a DISA or AF Systems Environment
Experience with implementing PKI and PIV standards
Experience with HSPD-12, FIPS 201-2, FICAM, OMB 11-11, FedRAMP, PCI, FISMA, or NIST 800-53, 800-63, 800-79-2, or 800-157 policies and standards a plus
Certification Required
CompTIA Security + / Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) / or Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
