Lynch looks to further expand the firm’s

Arlington, VA – July 26, 2023 – FTS Federal Inc., an EDWOSB specializing in IT consulting, shares exciting news of its most recent hire: Shane Lynch as Chief Growth Officer. Lynch brings over 15 years of experience in program management, operations management, business development, and growth management supporting the Department of Defense.

Lynch is a seasoned operational leader and business development professional with a focus on organizational and team performance as well as strategic growth. In this role, Lynch will oversee FTS's strategic growth strategy and ensure the execution of its business mission through oversight of marketing, sales, and customer service.

Lynch most recently served as Director of Business Development Operations focused on 4th Estate programs. He is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force and has held leadership roles at Netcentrics Corporation, Navigant Systems, and Mission 1st.
